I have a vision - an idea that education is about learning not about teaching. 

Let's turn education into a place where creativity and mastery are the tools children use in the classroom.

Teaching is a learning profession and that we are the guides for our students. Lead your students, bring them to the place where they question authority, ask why all the time and challenge them to see the world a little differently. As an educator/learner I believe we have to scramble the vision so we can finally see what we didn't know was there!

Together we can begin to explore education - not in a linear way but in a "flipped" sense and begin to see with new eyes.
